Timing, Rescheduling

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to ensure everything runs smoothly.

If your heat list schedule changes, please let our team know as soon as possible so we can assist you. While rescheduling options are limited by availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment  are subject to 50% price of the scheduled appointment. 

Styling

Choose your styling carefully, as each style requires a specific amount of service time.

 If you’d like to make changes to your selected style, please inform our team in advance. 

While we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments, please note that your appointment is based on the time allocated during your initial booking, and changes may be limited.

1. Any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or system or network failure.

2. Third-party theft, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose, or any other legal theory, including negligence, contract, or tort.

In no event shall DanceGlow’s cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the service you have purchased from DanceGlow.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third-party claims and causes of action, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees, arising from any breach by you of these terms and conditions or any use of the site or service.
